New publication of Peter Teerlinck on public procurement

The book “De aanbestedende overheid & het prijsonderzoek en abnormale prijzen” of Peter Teerlinck, Constant De Koninck and Beatrice Van Tornout was published beginning 2016.

Following the publication of the books “Contacten met inschrijvers” and “De aansprakelijkheid voor fouten in de opdrachtdocumenten”, this is the third book of the collection “De aanbestedende overheid &”.
