New publication on European Intellectual Property Law

In March the book 'Landmark IP Decisions of the European Court of Justice' has been published by Larcier Publishers.  It contains a summary and analysis of over 40 landmark decisions with respect to copyright, trademarks, databases and design rights, as ruled upon by the European Court of Justice in recent years.  Five lawyers of our firm contributed to the work.  It will be presented at the CAPIP meeting in Hong Kong on May 12 at the occasion of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Congress.
