Pierre de Bandt is invited as a speaker at the conference on the new Code of economic law that will take place on 25 March 2014 at the Brussels 44 Center.
Its presentation will focus on Book III of the Code regarding market access: freedom of establishment, freedom to provide services and the Crossroad Bank of Enterprises.
