On March 28, Jeff Keustermans, Karel Janssens and Sylvia de Graaf gave a seminar on the new Belgian legislation regarding trade secrets at & DE BANDT’s offices.

The seminar provided an overview of the new legislative framework, focusing on the new definition of trade secrets and the new procedural options for safeguarding them.  The seminar also included tips & tricks on how best to prevent trade secret infringements.
