On September 27, 2017, Peter Teerlinck, Louise Galot and Raluca Gherghinaru organised a seminar for the Union Générale Belge du Nettoyage on the new legislation on public procurement.
The seminar gave an overview on the new Belgian legislation applicable since June 30, 2017, with a particular focus on the provisions against social dumping.
