The Brussels’ law firm & DE BANDT is particularly pleased to welcome Raluca Gherghinaru as new partner as of 1st July 2020, after 10 years as associate within the firm.
Raluca specialises in Belgian and European regulatory law, with a focus on public procurement, competition law, state aid law, internal market legislation and the regulated markets. She regularly represents European institutions and national and international clients in complex proceedings before the EU and Belgian Courts.
With the promotion of Raluca to partner, & DE BANDT strengthens its growing practice and underlines its ambition to further provide its clients with expert legal services.
