New book on public procurement law

The book bundles and updates the five books that were published as part of the series "De aanbestedende overheid &" and adds a new part on selection criteria and exclusion grounds. The focus is on the concrete application of the public procurement rules in the case law of the European Court of Justice, the Council of State and the civil courts.
