Karel Janssens and Jeff Keustermans will speak at the “Copyrights: Current Topics” webinar organized by Intersentia on 27 April 2021

Jeff will give a general introduction and focus on some recent topics and developments.

Karel will cover the topic of online platforms and copyrights.  He will discuss the recent case law of the Court of Justice and give an update on the legislative developments in this field, including the DSM Directive and the Digital Services Act.
