Jeroen Dewispelaere mainly focuses on Belgian and European regulatory law.
He advises clients on all aspects of competition law, internal market legislation, state aid and regulated markets and industries. His practice encompasses both advisory work and litigation and covers a wide range of sectors. His client base includes companies active in building and construction, pharmaceutical companies, gaming establishments, telecom providers, media and broadcasting companies and various trade associations and public authorities.
Jeroen holds a master's degree in law (2006) and EU Studies (2008) from the University of Ghent. He also studied at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2006).
Prior to joining & DE BANDT, Jeroen completed internships at the United Nations and the European Ombudsman. He also worked as a legal advisor within the Flemish administration.
He joined & DE BANDT in 2010 and became a partner in 2016.
