Chloé mainly focuses on Belgian and European regulatory law, with special focus on general European law and competition law.
She studied Law at the University of Namur (UNamur – 2005-2008) and the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL - 2008-2010) and obtained an LL.M. in European and international business law at the University of Leiden (2010-2011). She also obtained a PhD in law at the UCL in 2015 with a thesis on competition law.
From May 2014 to November 2018, Chloé worked at the General Court of the European Union as a référendaire to the judge M. van der Woude.
Chloé started to work as an associate at & DE BANDT in December 2018.
