Conference on public procurement on 5 February 2015

On 5 February 2015 Peter Teerlinck and Constant De Koninck will speak at a conference on different and recurrent topics regarding public procurement.  The conference will take place in Antwerp and the following topics will be discussed:

• Examination of abnormal prices: the most recurrent cases regarding public procurement before the Council of State
• The Sword of Damocles: absolute nullity of the contract in case of lack of competition
• The new Directives have been published
