Positive decision for Flemish television stations

The judgment of November 4, 2014, of the president of the commercial court in Antwerp, which was broadly communicated in the Belgian press, states that the 'online video recording system' unlawfully copies the broadcasts of the television stations and unlawfully communicates them to the public.
