Impexeco - What The Court Of Justice Said And What It Did Not Say

In this case report, the authors examine the ins and outs of the Impexeco judgement delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Union in joined cases C-253/20 and C-254/20. In this judgement, the Court considered whether and under what conditions a parallel importer may import a generic medicinal product, repackage it and affix the trade mark of the corresponding reference medicinal product.
