On September 17th Jeroen Dewispelaere spoke at the annual energy law conference organized by the Institute for Environmental and Energy Law (IEEL) of the Faculty of Law of the KU Leuven and Intersentia.
Jeroen presented an overview of the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the notion of State aid in the energy sector. His presentation is available here.
